Access and accounts

Use Handshake Portal through the access granted by the portal operator. Keep your account credentials private and use only accounts, profile contexts and resources you are authorized to access.

Workspace workflows

The portal supports notes, saved note versions, tasks, tags, feed subscriptions and reading acquired content. Private and Work profile selections scope workspace operations to your account. Use the available controls to manage your workspace and preserve recovery copies of edits you need before restoring or reconciling note versions.

Connected-provider workflows

Connecting a provider is optional. Authorize the account and read permissions you intend to use. Access to provider content depends on the provider’s authorization, supported APIs, approval requirements and service limits. A connected identity does not guarantee access to every source or complete content history.

Use Connected accounts to check, reconnect or disconnect access. Disconnecting does not remove already imported content. The portal’s displayed results distinguish connection status, acquired content and provider limitations.

Questions

Contact the person who provided your portal access with account or workflow questions. See the privacy information for how account, workspace and connection data are handled.
